We stayed the night with Josh’s friend Bryan—truly one of the kindest people we’ve ever met. He welcomed us into his beautiful home and treated us to a special breakfast the next morning. Before we hit the road, he gave us a quick tour of the local campus and showed us around town.
Our next stop was the venue in Rutherford, NJ—a gorgeous old theater that hadn’t been open in years. Backstage, Oli played piano for a bit, and we spent the rest of the afternoon unwinding and getting ready for the show.
I did not take many Digicam photos this stop since I was burning through some film.
This was my last stop with the boys, which made the night feel bittersweet. They’re a rare group—genuine, funny, and deeply special to me—but it’s time for me to head back to New York.
