After a few months wait here is a new crystal bowl session. Im going to try to start doing a new one of these every 1'000 views, same goes for the tibetan singing bowl videos.

Adventure Down South /
Me and Casey packed up a rental car thursday night (the 18th) and headed down south. We were going there to visit my family and get my singing bowls I left at my moms house while I was traveling a lot. We decided to make this trip a loosely planned adventure acting on impulse quite a bit and that led to a lot of thrift store stops, we also swam under a waterfall.
During this trip we spend time in Anderson, Sc Myrtle Beach, Sc And Chapel Hill, Nc.

Meditation Session 149 /
I am working on a few of these sessions today to have them upload over the days while I am driving down south so you guys will have some stuff to listen to. With all of this moving it has been hard to keep up with this blog but I plan on doing a better job with it now. Here is session 149 I recorded it this morning when I woke up from a nap.

I woke up to the lovely sound of rain hitting the roof once again (Ohio seems to be good for this kind of weather). So i decided i would drag my suitcase of singing bowls out to the sunroom of the house im staying in and setup and record some since i was finally alone in the house.
