During my travels in 2013 I ended up going to Asheville, North Carolina for the first time with a friend to take some photos.
There was something about the place at first that made me not want to leave so I ended up staying for a year and exploring the area. The longer I stayed the faster these feelings went away and the reality of the place set in.
During my time there I bounced around a lot between living in two different houses, living in a warehouse to living in my truck and then squatting in a office building downtown.
